A & D Home Health Solutions, Inc is owned and operated by registered nurses. We feel that if a client requires personal care such as bathing, dressing, transfers etc. then the caregiver should be fully trained and qualified to perform these functions. This is presently not a requirement under the State of Connecticut homemaker companion agency standards. A & D Home Health Solutions has maintained this standard from its inception.
How soon can services start?
As soon as you need it. We can usually fulfill your needs within a couple of hours of the initial phone call. We can even take your calls after hours. A manager is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
What if my caregiver calls out sick?
We will send a fill-in if your caregiver cannot make it one day. All of our caregivers know how much you rely on them and usually give us plenty of notice if they cannot make it to work.
