Our caregivers are the "heart" of our team. We don't just hire anyone. We strive to hire the best available certified nurses aides, home health aides, and homemaker/companions. Our caregivers work with our clients only after a comprehensive process that includes national criminal background checks, reference checks, verification of certifications, and interviews.

Whatever your needs are, we will work very hard to find you the right caregiver. We will do an extensive interview with the client and family to determine exactly the care that will be provided.

Another advantage of working with A & D Home Health Solutions is that our caregivers are our employees, not sub-contractors. A & D is responsible for all of the employee taxes, worker's compensation, and liability. None of the burden of these things will fall on you.
